CUBA'S STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
4 tbsp. cake flour or plain
1 box strawberry Jello (sm.)
4 eggs
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl blend eggs, oil, and water. Add strawberries and then dry ingredients. Blend well. Bake at 350 degrees in layer pans (greased and floured) 30 to 40 minutes.

FILLING FOR STRAWBERRY CAKE:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter (room temperature)
1/2 c. strawberries

Cream sugar and butter together, then add strawberries. Spread over cool cake and store in cool area.
