FRESH STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pt. strawberries
1 box white cake mix
3 tbsp. flour
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Wash strawberries, mash and take out 1/2 cup for the icing; set the rest aside. Mix all the other ingredients and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Slowly add fresh strawberries (except for the 1/2 cup). Pour into a greased 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. strawberries
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Mix icing ingredients until smooth. Pour over cooled cake. (It is best to leave the cake in the cake pan and serve from it.) Keep cake in the refrigerator.
