MOLDED PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine pudding mix and pineapple mix well. Add marshmallows and mandarin oranges. Fold in Cool Whip.

You can mold or just put in a bowl. Store in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
