BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches of fresh
3 eggs
1 grated onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayo
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
2 pkgs. Stove Top stuffing or 1 (12 oz.) canister

Cook and drain broccoli, put aside. In mixing bowl mix eggs, onion, mayo and soup. In pan or casserole, lay a layer of broccoli, then sprinkle a layer of cheese, next a layer of stuffing, then a layer of sauce, repeat until ingredients are gone. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
