DO AHEAD BUTTERED RUM 
1 pt. French vanilla ice cream
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. brown sugar & 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Rum & boiling water
Cinnamon sticks

Put the ice cream and butter into a bowl and allow to soften. Add the brown sugar, powdered sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir until smooth. Freeze until ready to serve.

At serving time, place 3 tablespoons of the mix into a mug. Add 3 tablespoons of rum and fill cup with boiling water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
