SIDE PORK OR PORK RIBS AND

Fresh side pork or pork ribs
Sauerkraut
Potatoes
Whole Allspice
Bay leaf

Cook fresh side pork or ribs with 1 bay leaf, 3 whole allspice until nearly tender, add potato and sauerkraut and boil until done.

Dad liked to slice cold the meat for sandwiches the next day.
