UNBELIEVABLY GOOD CHEESE PUFFS 
1/4 lb. Jack cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. unsliced bread

Melt butter and cheeses over hot water. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Stir melted cheese and fold in beaten egg whites. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture. Place on tray covered with wax paper; freeze. Then put into plastic bags and store in freezer.

To serve, place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until puffs begin to brown. Makes about 3 dozen.
