GLAZED CREAM CHEESE PUFFS 
24 vanilla wafers
1 lb. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Line muffin tins with cupcake papers. Place wafer in each. Blend together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla; beat one minute. Fill papers 3/4 full. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees until set. Cool completely. Fill with pie filling. Chill 6 hours. Freezes well. Makes 24.
