FRESH CRANAPPLE RELISH 
1 med.-size red delicious apple
1 pkg. (12 oz.) cranberries, rinsed & picked over to remove stems
1 can (6 oz.) frozen concentrated apple juice, thawed
Sugar or sugar substitute to taste

Core and cut apple into large chunks. Place half of apple chunks and cranberries in food processor and process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and apple chunks. Stir undiluted apple juice into relish. Stir in sugar to desired sweetness. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
