FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. fresh or canned fruit
1/2 c. orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. water

Cut dough into 1/8 inch slices. Line 14 inch pizza pan with slices, pressing to form a crust. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned; cool.

Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over cookie crust. Arrange fruit (strawberries, mandarin oranges, grapes, bananas, etc.) over cream cheese; pour glaze of marmalade and water over fruit. Chill before serving.
