GERMAN CHOCOLATE-CREAM FILLED
CAKE
 
FILLING:

4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Mix well and cook until thick and smooth. Cool and cream until fluffy with mixer. 1/2 c. Crisco 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar

Cream together. Add this to flour mixture and beat until it looks like whipped cream. Spread between 4 layers Bake 2 layers and cut each in half. Refrigerate.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Enough milk to make spreadable

Melt butter and cocoa in microwave. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla with enough milk to make spreadable. Mix until of spreading consistency.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
