CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 box yellow butter cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, one at a time
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. butter, room temperature

Dissolve cream cheese in the water, using the microwave if you want. Mash with a fork. Then mix all the ingredients at medium speed 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees in Bundt pan (spray with Pam) about 40 to 45 minutes. You can put a glaze over the cake if you want. I find if I sift the cake mix, the cake has a finer texture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
