1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. applesauce
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch salt
6 med. sized sweet potatoes, cooked, mashed
Marshmallows
Crushed corn flakes

Cream all ingredients together. Roll around a marshmallow and roll in crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
