ROCKY ROAD FUDGE BARS | |
1 sq. chocolate 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts 2ND LAYER: 6 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1st Layer: Melt chocolate and butter. Combine remaining 6 ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. 2nd Layer: Mix last 6 ingredients. Spread over chocolate base. 3rd Layer: Sprinkle with 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips and 1/4 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 cups miniature marshmallows, then return to oven for 2 minutes. FROSTING: 1/4 c. butter 1 sq. chocolate 2 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. milk Add 3 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on top and swirl with marshmallows. |
