BARBECUE BEEF BRISKET 
Soak beef brisket overnight in 1 bottle of soy sauce, 1 can beef consomme or 2 bouillon cubes, juice of 1 lemon and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Pour off liquid. Sprinkle with paprika. Wrap in foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours. Cool and refrigerate. Slice cross the grain. May be frozen at this point.

Mix Barbecue Sauce: 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp. brown sugar 4 tbsp. vinegar

Simmer 10 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke. Pour sauce over meat wrapped in foil. Bake 1/2 to 1 hour at 300 degrees.
