BEAN SPROUT SALAD 
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions & tops
2 tbsp. shoyu sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vegetable or sesame oil
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted & crushed
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tbsp. garlic salt
Dash of cayenne

Run boiling water over the sprouts, drain and chill. Combine all ingredients and chill. Drain again. Serves 6 to 8.
