SPINACH-BEAN SPROUT SALAD 
1 lg. bunch spinach, cleaned, lg. stems removed and broken into bite size
1 handful fresh bean sprouts, washed and dried
4 green onions, sliced
4-6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Place vegetables in large bowl. Shake dressing ingredients together well. Pour over vegetables and toss. Serve with bacon bits and sliced eggs on top.
