PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 - 16 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Frosting:

3 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Spread in an ungreased pan and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. When totally cool beat together frosting ingredients. Spread on bars. This can be made in a 9 X 11 pan, or on a large cookie sheet with 1 inch sides.
