PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 can pumpkin
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients until well blended.
