TEXAS TACO BAKE 
1 (11 oz.) bag nacho Doritos, crushed
2 lbs. ground beef, browned & drained
1 env. taco seasoning
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 lg. jar mild taco sauce
1 c. Muenster cheese, grated
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Chopped lettuce, tomatoes, extra sour cream for garnish

Crush 1/2 of Doritos and layer in 9"x13" dish. Mix ground beef, taco seasoning, onion, green pepper, olives and spread over chips.

Mix soup, milk, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Layer over meat. Spread mild taco sauce over soup and sour cream layer. Sprinkle Muenster and cheddar cheeses over taco sauce. Crush remaining 1/2 Doritos and sprinkle over cheeses. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes, rotating after 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
