STRAWBERRY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
3 crushed graham crackers

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add about 7 ice cubes to warm Jello. Stir until firm. Remove unmelted ice. Stir in fruit cocktail and whipped cream. Spread crushed graham crackers over top of salad. Chill until completely firm.
