FLORIDA LIME PIE 
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs, separated
1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. Rum
Sugar to taste
1 prebaked pie shell

Beat egg yolks and mix together with condensed milk and lime juice. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into lime mixture. Place in baked pie shell and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 250 degrees. When cool, place in refrigerator until ready to serve. When serving, top each slice with slightly sweetened whip cream to which a little rum has been added. Serves 6 sparingly.

The odds are that you will finish the pie because it is that good!
