SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lb. hamburger
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Mix together; mixture will be soft. Make into balls. Freeze to make solid. Put in 13 x 9 pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F. When done, pour sauce over them.

Sauce:

2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 c. onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix together and pour over meatballs.
