KIDS COOK FISH 
1 1/2-2 lb. fish fillets (white fish)
1 (16 oz.) jar Mexican salsa
1 c. grated cheese (Jack, Cheddar or mozzarella)

Put fish in an ovenproof dish. Pour salsa over fish. Top it off with grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
