1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick real butter

Mix all ingredients (by hand) in pan you will be baking in.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 whole eggs

Mix all of the icing above with electric mixer. Pour over cake mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool cut into squares. Note: Pour icing, don't stir once you pour over cake.
