PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and bake on an 11 x 16 inch greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 stick butter
3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat with fluffy and put on cold pumpkin bars.
