ORANGE SALAD 
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1/3 c. sugar
1 Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 apple, cored, not peeled
1 carrot
1 c. orange juice
1 tad lemon juice

Mix orange Jello, hot water and sugar. Dissolve Knox gelatin in the cold water. Add all above in blender. Blend well. Pour into mold and refrigerate.
