1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding (dry)
1 can pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix all together and spread on cooled cake. Keep in refrigerator. Freezes good.
