2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. (or more) Parmesan cheese
6 zucchini flowers (this is the orange flower on the zucchini plant that does not create zucchini), chopped
Oil

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonful into frying pan of hot oil.
