NANA'S PEPPER RELISH 
12 red peppers
12 green peppers
6 med. sized onions
1 qt. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt (scant)

Put through food chopper; peppers and onions. Sprinkle with salt and cover with boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes and drain. Add vinegar and sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Pour into hot clean Ball jars. Seal immediately.
