BELL PEPPER RELISH | |
24 bell peppers, seeded and chopped finely 12 onions 2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. vinegar 3 tbsp. salt Chop peppers and onions; cover with boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes and drain. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Pour into hot jars and seal. |
