JULIE'S DEVILED STEAK 
Makes a delicious red gravy my family loves.

1 round steak
1 onion, diced
1/3 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste
1 to 2 cups water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tsp. cornstarch

Cut up round steak and brown in pan. Add onion, peppers, salt and pepper and 1-2 cups water. Cook over medium heat for at least 1 1/2 hours. Add tomato sauce. Stir in cornstarch to thicken. Cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes on low. Serve with mashed potatoes. Submitted by: Julie
