FRUIT SALAD 
1 grapefruit, peeled & cut up
2 oranges, peeled & cut up
2 apples, cored & cut up
1 small bunch red grapes, halved & seeded
1/2 lg. can sliced pineapple, drained & cut up
2 bananas, sliced

For large salad, mix dressing with fruit in bowl. For individual salads, serve fruit on lettuce topped with dressing and Maraschino cherry.

DRESSING:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Beat eggs. Add sugar and pineapple juice. Cook until thickened in double boiler. Cool. Add to cream. Serve over fruit.
