RICE AND BEEF PORCUPINES 
3 tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. raw rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Brown lightly in fat. Drain off excess fat and add tomato sauce and water. Cover and simmer at low heat for 45 to 60 minutes.
