HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 (11 oz.) can boned chicken or turkey 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. diced celery 2 tsp. minced onions 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3 hard boiled eggs (diced) 3 slices bread (no crust) Broken up (white bread) Potato chips Put into well greased pan. Put crushed potato chips on to when ready to bake. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Allow 5 minutes more if it's been made ahead of time and put into refrigerator. Sounds weird, but tastes great!
