SOFT RAINBOW MOUNDS | |
1 c. butter 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 egg yolk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. (6 oz.) miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips M&M'S® candies In a large bowl, beat butter until softened. Add brown sugar and beat until light. Add egg yolk and vanilla and beat well. Add flour and beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate pieces. Cover and chill about 1 hour (to make handling easier). Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on a lightly greased, or foil covered, cookie sheet. Press 4 M&M'S® into the top of each cookie. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until done. (Centers will be soft.) Remove and cool. Makes 4-5 dozen. |
