SOUTHERN CORN PUDDING 
2 (14 oz.) cans white corn
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/8 c. scalded milk

Beat eggs slightly; add corn, seasonings, milk and melted butter. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm.
