5 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Store in airtight container at room temperature or in a cool dry place. Makes 8 cups of mix.

This makes a wonderful gift. Package the amount of muffin mix for 1 recipe, a jar of jelly, some coffee samples and the recipe in a basket for a quick and easy gift.
