GREEN PARTY SALAD 
2 pkgs. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. cold water
1 c. crushed pineapple (heaping)
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
1/2 c. broken walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cream cheese and sugar. Beat with mixer until creamy. Add cold water. Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple, whipped cream and nuts. Turn into mold. Yields 10 servings.
