RICE PUDDING 
1 c. raw rice
1/2-3/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste

Wash rice, cover rice and raisins with water, cook until tender (about 20 minutes.) Beat eggs with milk. Add all ingredients. Place ingredients in lightly greased baking bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
