SWEET POTATO PUDDING 
1 med.-sized pan of sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 sm. can evaporated milk
Pinch of salt
Marshmallows
Nutmeg

Cook potatoes and mash. Add sugar, eggs, milk and salt. Place in casserole. Arrange marshmallows on top and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake slowly until heated through and marshmallows are nicely browned.
