CRAB DIP/SALAD 
1 lb. crab meat, (regular), remove all shell
1 to 1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. homemade sweet pickle, chopped fine
2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
Salt & pepper to taste
2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, may need more depending on consistency desired

Mix, let set overnight in refrigerator.
