SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
8 or 9 inch baked pie shell
1 c. raisins
3 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cover raisins with water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes. Drain off water. Stir egg yolks with fork, add sour cream. Mix in sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Add raisins and cook over medium heat until thick. Pour into pie shell and top with your favorite meringue.

Sour one cup whipping cream by adding 4 teaspoons lemon juice and mixing well.
