EGG STUFF 
10 slices bread, buttered (without crust)
1 lb. sausage
8 eggs
Salt and pepper
1 lb. sharp Cheddar
3 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
Onion flakes

Butter casserole; cut bread into 1 inch square. Place in bottom. Sprinkle cheese, mushrooms, sausage, and onion; layer 3 times. Beat eggs; add milk, salt, and pepper to eggs. Pour over layers; sprinkle with garlic salt with chives. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
