MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place ingredients in a bowl in order given. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 - 40 minutes.

Icing:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk

Mix well and pour over warm cake.
