DIABETIC BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
sweetener equal to 1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 sq. melted unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts

Cream butter and sweetener. Add eggs and mix well.. Add melted chocolate. Beat until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in nuts.

Bake in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan at 350°F for 30 minutes.
