WATER WHIP PASTRY 
3/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Place shortening in a large bowl, add boiling water and milk. Use a fork to break up shortening with quick strokes across tilted bowl. Whip until liquid disappears and the shortening stands in peaks. Add flour and salt, form into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill well. Roll out on floured board. Makes 2 crusts.
