GUACAMOLE CON CHILES 
2 lg. avocados, peel, seed & cut up
1 sm. tomato, peeled & cut up
1/2 sm. onion, cut up
2 or 3 canned green chili peppers, rinsed & seeded
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt

In blender container; place avocados, tomato, onion, chili peppers, lemon juice and salt; cover and blend until well combined. (Use as a dip for chips or as a sauce to serve with tacos.) Makes about 2 cups.
