CARAMEL APPLE DIP 
1-8 oz. brick cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. caramel flavor (watkins)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 to 6 apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice

Soften cream cheese in microwave approx. 30 seconds. Put first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix with mixer until creamy.

Peel and core apples in slices, put in a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon and lemon juice on apples.

NOTE: Apples are best when done just before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
