STUFFED MEATLOAF 
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. catsup
Salt and pepper
2 eggs

STUFFING:

2 cans mushrooms
Chopped celery
Chopped onions
butter
6 slices bread

Mix meatloaf ingredients. Melt butter and saute mushrooms, celery and onions. Add cubed bread crumbs. Stuffing mixture should be rather dry because fat from meat will add moisture. Layer meat mix, stuffing, then meat mix in loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
